- Rent is based on property monthly with $1,000 deposit.
- 6 months or 1 year lease agreements.
- Water & Garbage are included in rent. TDS Exclusive Agreement for internet.
- Any other utilities or services not mentioned will be your responsibility.
(Watering of lawns and flower beds is permitted by hand nozzle only. No Large/Bulky trash.)
- Not Allowed. Tenant shall not sublet, sublease or grant any other party any license or right in relation to the Property. Can not be used as personal business.

- Tenant is permitted to park no more than (2) vehicles at the property.

- 24 hr security camera surveillance
- Tenants are required to do normal pest/insect maintenance. (Suggested references)
- If the insect problem persists, please enter a maintenance request through our website.
- Renovating unit-by-unit
- We provide at least 12 hours notice for inspection every 30 days during normal working hours.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am
- $150.00 for an additional resident. If adding a resident, a new resident must make an application with the $50.00 application fee, undergo a background check and must receive approval from Landlord just as you were.
- Wall pictures must be mounted with small thin brad style nails and a limit to 5 per room on average. Posters should be mounted with thumbtacks. NO TAPE or adhesives on walls and that can damage the wall surface creating extra repair expense
- All TVs must be placed on entertainment stands, tables, dressers, etc; no brackets, anchoring kits, or bolts.
- Mailbox or at door step at your own risks.
- Security cameras (ring doorbells, in-unit cameras, etc) must be kept on removable mounting options and can not cause any damage to the wall surface. Cameras must be positioned to avoid capturing footage of all neighbors.
- Guidelines are strongly enforced.
